SSL VPN can't work

Connect to SSL VPN and got below error msg
Pls download the program Uninstall_iSTAR to delete iSTAR ActiveX

• Un-compress the .rar file to your computer and excute the .exe file.

• Pls select the version you are using and press "Delete"
• Press "OK" to delete the iSTAR ActiveX.
• If you got below error msg that means the verion you are using is not this version, pls select another version.
• If you got below msg that means you already delete the iSTAR ActiveX successfully.
• Try to connect again.
